Oklahoma State vs. Wisconsin: Betting odds, spread, predictions and picks for Guaranteed Rate Bowl

Oklahoma State football takes on Wisconsin at the Guaranteed Rate Bowl in Phoenix on Tuesday at 9:15 p.m. CT. Beth Mowins, Kirk Morrison and Stormy Buoantony will call the game on ESPN.

Oklahoma State is 11-5 in bowl games since 2006. The Cowboys lost five of the last seven games of their regular season. Wisconsin lost six starters and three reserves. Both teams' offenses were poor in November. It's the first time Oklahoma State and Wisconsin have met. Luke Fickell is making his Wisconsin debut. He's 4-1 against current Big Ten teams. It is the Cowboys' first meeting with a member of Big 12 since beating Purdue in the Heart of Dallas Bowl in 2012. They won 58-14. This is Wisconsin's first game since firing Paul Chryst.

Oklahoma State and Wisconsin are playing in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl.
