Oklahoma vs. Nebraska football preview, prediction

Oklahoma and Nebraska are college football rivals. The teams are playing in the Big Ten this season. Nebraska is starting a new season without Scott Frost. Oklahoma is at the start of the Brent Venables experience.

Oklahoma is coming off a slow start against Kent State last week. The Sooners offense could use this game as a statement against Nebraska's sketchy secondary. Nebraska has played close games against Ohio State, Michigan and at Oklahoma last season. Nebraska is an open question now under new management.

Oklahoma has won 28 of its last 32 road games. Nebraska is 285-62 at home since 1970. The Huskers are 375-10 all-time when scoring 35-plus points. Oklahoma is 82-5 when it scores at least 35 points since 2012 and 71-3 when they score at at more than 40.

Oklahoma and Nebraska are going to play each other. Nebraska has a few diamonds in the rough on its roster. Oklahoma has some good players. The Sooner skill players should have the final say.  Anthony Grant will be a problem for the Soorcan defense.
