Jamie Snowden was spotted sprinting to the start of the novice handicap hurdle for conditional and amateur riders. Will Featherstone's young employee, Cornicello, rode his first winner under rules. He had a head injury and was off for a year. Snowden won Saturday's Paddy Power Gold Cup with Ga Law. Ebonello won the mares' maiden hurdle. Gavin Sheehan rode her to victory. Stormin Crossgales and Johnny Burke won.

Johnny Burke won the novice handicap chase on Stormin Crossgales. The horse is trained by Tom George and runs in the colours of a Noel Fehily syndicate.

Thomas Mor won the novice hurdle at the meeting. It was David Pipe's 45th winner of the season.

Don Alvaro won the 2m4f handicap chase. Paul Nicholls had a haircut.
