Pistons vs. 76ers: Odds, predictions, parlays and best bets
The second part of a home-and-home is on tap Friday between the Pistons and 76ers in Philadelphia. Just two nights ago, the Sixers defeated Detroit, 129-111 in the Motor City.

The 76ers are an excellent team, one of the elite that has a legitimate chance to win the NBA title. Only three teams have more than the 16 wins that Philly has, and the Sixers are great at shooting the rock. All that should add up to a rollicking win over the spiraling Pistons.
