Aston Villa are looking for their first win in six games. Southampton have lost to Manchester United and Chelsea recently. They also lost against Wolves. The safest bet is to back both teams to score.

Nottingham Forest are one place off the bottom of the table. They have won just one game in their first six games. Steve Cooper's side have signed 21 players this summer.

Manchester City are unbeaten in their last three Premier League games. Erling Haaland has scored 10 goals in six matches. He is included in our weekend Premier league picks.

Newcastle United are second in the Premier League table. Newcastle United have taken points off champions Manchester City this season. Eddie Howe's Bournemouth lost 9-0 to Liverpool last month. Barenemouth have the more technically gifted squad and are playing at home.

Tottenham Hotspur are unbeaten in the Premier League so far this season. Leicester City are struggling and are winless so so this campaign. Antonio Conte's Spurs are just too good for Leicester.

Brentford are a solid team. Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are the better team, but Brentford have had an extra week off.

Everton and West Ham United are playing in the Premier League. Neither team is performing well in front of goal.
