St Patrick's Athletic beat NS Mura in the previous round. They will play CSKA Sofia in Richmond Park on Thursday. CSka Sofie lost to St Patrick’s in Slovenia last week. Sasa Ilic‘s side will be looking to turn things around in Ireland. The Athletic thrashed Makedonija Gjorce Petrov and Beroe Stara Zagora by four goals apiece on home soil within the week before.

St Patrick's Athletic have had a week off after their match against Shelbourne was postponed. CSKA Sofia have a similar situation and have to travel without Ivan Mitrev. Georgi Yomov could start for the home side. Brayan Moreno could play up front for CSK Sofya.
