Punters very confident Detonator Jack will bounce back against Green Fly at Sandown

Detonator Jack is the $1.85 favourite in Saturday's Benchmark 100 at Sandown. Anthony and Sam Freedman-trained Green Fly is second favourite. Harry Coffey will ride Detonators Jack for the second time. Coffy won the race on Detonsator's debut at Bendigo last March. Detoneser Jack won his next two starts and placed third in the Group 1 South Australian Derby with John Allen riding.

Detonator Jack is the best-backed runner on the card at Sandown. Matthew Cartwright will ride Green Fly. Melham is riding in Perth on Saturday. Coffey has a career 20 per cent winning strike rate on Maher-Eustace horses. He has converted 11 of his past 25 market leaders into winners. He gets to ride a lot of their horses down in the weights.
