BOTHWELL BRIDGE makes his first appearance at Ascot in 2.05. He looked a novice chaser of some potential when jumping well at Sandown first time up last year. After that, he fell early at Kempton, found the ground too soft at Newbury and burst a blood vessel on his final start of the year, but he's on a mark just 3lb higher than the start last season.

ONEMORE FORTHUMS looks the solid option here. He didn't get the credit he deserved for winning the Gerry Feilden last year. The way he faded out at Aintree a month ago suggests he'll sharpen up for the run.

Operation Manna has just had a one start over hurdles for Tom Lacey and that was a winning one. Rossbeigh Strand finished second to Seventeen O Four at Wetherby. Rory's yard's form is less than encouraging. The price isn't quite where we'd like it this morning, but we would have a small interest at 20s and upwards.
