Rangers vs Celtic: Scottish Premiership start time, how to watch, odds, prediction

Rangers will go head-to-head with their Old Firm rivals Celtic once again this weekend.

The Gers come into the game off the back of a 1-0 win at home to Aberdeen - with Todd Cantwell scoring the only goal of the game.

Michael Beale's side are yet to win against their bitter rivals this season heading into this weekend's clash. Ahead of the showdown, there won't be any away supporters in attendance.

As for Celtic, the Hoops secured their second league title in a row after they defeated Hearts 2-0 - with Kyogo Furuhashi and Oh Hyeon-Gyu both netting for Ange Postecoglou's side.

Mail Sport breaks down everything you need to know ahead of Rangers' meeting with Celtic including how to watch and team news.

Team news

Bobby McCrorie may feature in goal for the hosts after impressing against Aberdeen.

Ben Davies is set to miss tomorrow's game due to a hamstring injury, while Mark Tillman remains unavailable.

For Celtic, Furuhashi is a slight doubt for the game after he was forced off in their last game.

If Furuhashi is unable to start, Oh Hyeon-Gyu will be looking to start from the off.

What's been said?

Heading into the Old Firm derby, Beale revealed that this season has been a disappointment for the club.

'It's been a season of disappointment, we want to end the last four games well', Beale said at his pre-match press conference.

'Our home form has been strong and we need to keep it going. It's an opportunity for us to do well tomorrow.'

As for Celtic, while the club have already won the league title, Postecoglou still believes that the game will have elements you would expect in a derby game.

'If we were going there to win it, there probably would be a little bit more hype around it', Postecoglou said at his pre-match press conference.

'So from that perspective it doesn't feel as intense in terms of the build-up to the game, but I don't think that will diminish the game itself.

'It will still have the elements you expect in a derby game, so I don't think it will be any different.'

Prediction

This is Rangers' last chance to pick up a win against Celtic this season, therefore, Beale's side will be itching to defeat their rivals.

Their recent record at Ibrox will certainly give them confidence ahead of tomorrow's game.

While Celtic have already wrapped up the league title, the club will be aiming to secure yet another win against their neighbours.

Even if Furuhashi is unavailable to feature from the off Oh Hyeon-Gyu is capable of causing the Gers backline some problems.
