England is hosting the Rugby League World Cup in a month's time. Australia are defending champions. They beat England in the 2017 final on their own patch.
The Rugby League World Cup is taking place from October 15 to November 19 2022. Every match will be shown on BBC. It will take place at the same time as the women's and wheelchair tournaments.
The 16 teams are divided into the following four groups. The top two teams in each group will progress to the Rugby League World Cup quarter-finals and automatically qualify for the next tournament in 2025.
Rugby League World Cup is taking place. England, Samoa, France, Greece, Australia, Fiji, Scotland, Italy, New Zealand, Lebanon, Jamaica, Ireland, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Wales, Cook Islands are in Group A.
