Martin Offiah is tipping England to win the Rugby League World Cup. The tournament starts on October 15th with the hosts taking on Samoa. Australia are favourites to retain their crown. Huddersfield's prop Chris Hill has been recalled to the England squad. Sam Tomkins will lead a side that contains six new faces. He will be joined by NRL trio Farnworth, Radley and Young, Salford pair Sneyd and Ackers, and Wigan centre Kai Pearce-Paul. Snyd is chosen to fill the gap created by the loss of Jonny Lomax.
