SAN FRANCISCO UNICORNS
San Francisco Unicorns have precious little time to rest as they take back to the field the day after their encounter with MI New York, this time taking on Seattle Orcas, who were up against Washington Freedom last time out. A mix of Australian power at the top of the order in Aaron Finch and Matthew Wade with all-rounders Marcus Stoinis and Shadab Khan in the middle order looks an exciting one, as does a bowling attack that includes the likes of Haris Rauf, Lungi Ngidi and Qais Ahmad.
SEATTLE ORCAS
Seattle Orcas have been dealt the short straw in the terms of turnaround ahead of this contest. It was only 24 hours prior to the start of play here when they were getting their Major League Cricket campaign underway against Washington Freedom. Whether this has an adverse effect of them remains to be seen, but it could be the case that momentum proves a positive factor, with players preferring to play rather than train. It will certainly be a test physically though and their experienced overseas stars such as Wayne Parnell, Imad Wasim Quinton de Kock and Shimron Hetmyer will need to carry them through.
