There is a Grade One action taking place at Down Royal. There is also a field of five declared for the Ladbrokes Champion Chase. Galvin returned to action with a comfortable Grade 3 success at Punchestown. Confused is the one to beat at Aintree.

Sceau Royal is aiming for a hat-trick of wins in the Unibet Elite Hurdle at Wincanton.

Tritonic is the one to be on in the BetGoodwin November Handicap at Doncaster. The Alan King-trained five-year-old made a successful return to action after a five months break. Israr is favourite, but preference is for a more battle-hardened campaigner.
