The Seattle Kraken face the New York Islanders with both teams looking to head into the second half of the season strong. The Kraken have a 29-15-5 record and boast the best record in the Pacific Division while the Islanders have a 26-22-5 record and with three wins in a row are in the middle of the Metropolitan Division. Both teams look to improve in their respective conferences and the upcoming game should be a great one as a result.

Kraken have been led by great offense

The Kraken are having a great season with their offense leading the way, scoring 3.61 goals per game with 11 goals in the last three games. Andre Burakovsky, Jordan Eberle, and Matthew Beniers have scored 40 goals and 73 assists to lead the top two lines but the rest of the offense has also been great. The problem is that they face a Kraken team that is one of the best in the Western Conference that looks to control this game from the opening puck drop.
