Sir Dudley Digges wins 157th Queen’s Plate

Sir Dudley Digges won the 157th running of the $1 million Queen's Plate on Sunday. Amis Gizmo finished second in the first leg of Canadian Triple Crown. Danish Dynaformer won $150,000 Singspeil Stakes. Jockey Patrick Husbands rode the last Canadian triple crown winner Wando in 2003. Husband also won a turf race, the Charley Barley Stake.
