Southampton: Jones at odds with stars over formation change
Southampton lost 3-1 at home to Brighton on Boxing Day. It was the manager's second match in charge and he wants to change formation to a 3/4 formation. The players are against it and want to stick to an orthodox back four. They are currently bottom of the Premier League table. Southampton face Fulham on Saturday (31 December). They also play Nottingham Forest, Everton, Aston Villa, and Brentford in their next five Premier league games.
