Sports betting on the ballot in California: Props 26 and 27

There are two sports betting propositions before California voters. Prop. 26 would introduce dice games like roulette and in-person sports wagering at tribal casinos and Prop 27 would permit sports bets at four race tracks, including in Del Mar. Both propositions are supported by business groups and more than 50 California tribes. A UC Berkeley-LA Times poll found the measures polling under 50%. A poll from ABC 10 News and the San Diego Union Tribune reports 37% of those surveyed would vote in favor of Prop 26. i.e. 37%.
