Stormers’ extensive winning streak is one for the ages...
The current Stormers squad won the inaugural United Rugby Championship in 2022. They are currently on a 14-match winning streak in the tournament. The last time the Stormer lost a competitive match was on 26 February. Leinster hold the record of 26 straight wins in 2019 and 2020 seasons. The Storm have some tough assignments in coming weeks against four Welsh sides, including two away from home. Manie Libbok’s URC semi-final-clinching conversion against Ulster was the closest of the 14th-place finish. It was a controversial decision over a potentially illegal tackle by Hacjivah Dayimani.
Stormers are on a winning streak. Leinster, Munster and Ulster have also had winning streaks.
