Strictly Come Dancing returned to BBC One at the weekend for the quarter-final results show. One professional dancer stood out during Musicals Week. Viewers are calling for Lauren Oakley to join the main cast in next year's series. Strictlies Come dancing first began in May 2004. BBC viewers have called for it to be cancelled after 20 years. Lauren joined the series this year and she was not paired with a celebrity this time around. She is Burn The Floor dance captain and world touring dancer. Her partner is St.rictley champion Giovanni Pernice.
The remaining couples will take to the dancefloor next week on Sunday, December 11 at 7.15 pm.
The results show will air on Monday, December 12 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
