The league leaders are looking to move further ahead of Borussia Dortmund this weekend when Bayern Munich head to the Mercedes-Benz Arena where Stuttgart are aiming to leap away from the bottom three once more.

Stuttgart were handed their worst defeat of the season when they lost to Schalke last time out, and this now keeps them above the relegation playoff spot by only one goal and above Schalke by three points in last place.

Bayern smashed Union Berlin last weekend to move three clear of the third-placed side, although they remain level on points but ahead of Borussia Dortmund on goals difference.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting scored once more that day, as Kinglsey Coman and Jamal Musiala netted in the first half of a very convincing win that saw the club have 71% of the ball and nine shots on target.

A win for Bayern here is a must if they are to remain top of the Bundesliga table.
