Tennessee opens as underdog for Orange Bowl matchup with Clemson
Tennessee will play in the Orange Bowl against Clemson on December 30 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The game will be broadcast on ESPN. It will mark the first time the teams have met since the 2004 Peach Bowl. Tennessee finished 10-2 this season and is the highest-ranked SEC team. Clemson clinched its spot by beating North Carolina in ACC Championship Game on Saturday night. Tennesse beat Alabama in October and Georgia in November. Joe Milton will start at quarterback for the game. He replaced Hendon Hooker, who suffered a season-ending knee injury against South Carolina.
