Tennessee rookie quarterback Will Levis highlights our Titans vs. Steelers NFL player props for Thursday Night Football based on the best TNF odds

For the second consecutive week, the Tennessee Titans are entrusting rookie Will Levis with the ball. There are high expectations as he aims to secure his second career win, following his successful debut against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8. The Titans are in a heated battle for sole possession of the second spot in the AFC South.

Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Steelers are anticipating the presence of their young quarterback, Kenny Pickett, to lead the team this week. Despite a rib injury suffered in Week 8 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, which sidelined him for the second half, the local favorite reassured the press that he will be playing without a doubt in Thursday's game.

In conjunction with our Titans vs. Steelers prediction, here are our best Titans vs. Steelers NFL player props for Thursday Night Football (NFL odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Titans vs. Steelers NFL player props: Thursday Night Football

Will Levis 250-plus alternate passing yards (+350 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tennessee will be without QB Ryan Tannehill again this week, giving rookie Will Levis another start. The 2023 second-round sensation threw for 238 yards and four touchdowns in the Titans’ 28-23 win against the Atlanta Falcons. What’s more impressive was his ability to find success against a defense allowing fewer than 200 yards per game this season.

He gets a crack at a Pittsburgh defense that gives up an average of 245.4 passing yards per game in Week 9. Three quarterbacks have reached the Over on this prop against the Steelers during the 2023 season, including a 304-yard performance by Houston Texans rookie signal caller C.J. Stroud and a 324-yard outing by Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.

DraftKings has this number at +310, and bet365 bumps it up to +330; meanwhile, Caesars offers the least value on this prop at +200.

Diontae Johnson and George Pickens to each record Over 4.5 receptions (+275 via Caesars) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Steelers have taken full advantage of their star wideout’s return, with Diontae Johnson collecting 26 targets through three games — just two fewer than teammate Allen Robinson, who has played all seven games. Johnson has converted 16 of his targets into receptions, averaging four catches per game. He has had at least five receptions in his last two games and went for eight against the Jaguars last week.

The Pickett-to-Pickens connection has been attempted 53 times so far this season and has been successful on 28 of those attempts. Pickens is also averaging exactly four receptions per game. The second-year receiver out of Georgia has surpassed this total three times this season.

Tennessee is giving up an average of 22.6 completions per game, and at least two receivers have caught five or more passes against them in four of their seven games so far.

Both teams to score in 3rd quarter (+160 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Titans are scoring the sixth most points per game in the 3rd quarter this season (5.3). Tennessee has put points on the board coming out of the half in all but two of their seven games this season. Defensively, the Titans are surrendering 4.3 points per game in the 3rd quarter, and five of their opponents have scored against them in the third frame this season.

Pittsburgh scores an average of 4.7 points per game in the 3rd quarter. The Steelers have put points on the scoreboard in the 3rd in five of their games this season and are giving up 4.4 points per game coming out of the half to their opposition.
