Tizamagician Tries to Double Up in Del Mar's Cougar II Sunday

Tizamagician won the Cougar II Stakes marathon at Del Mar last summer. He's trained by Richard Mandella and has won $683,851 in 21 starts. The winner of the last Coug II was a contender in the TVG Pacific Classic on September 3. This year's TVg Pacific is on Saturday, September 7. There will be seven runners in Grade III feature with a purse of $125,000. It's the concluding day of sport in first week of summer season No. 83 at the DelMar track.
