Top 4 odds: Can Liverpool still finish in the Champions League spots?

Liverpool have had a disappointing start to the season. They are currently sixth in the Premier League table. Liverpool are in a battle to finish in top four this season, but are still in touch with the Champions League places.  Liverpool won over Tottenham and Southampton before the World Cup break.

Liverpool are currently sixth in the Premier League table. They are seven points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur and 10 points adrift of Manchester City. However, they hold a game in hand over Spurs and Newcastle. Liverpool are the third favourite to finish in top four at 4/7. Tottenham are 11/10 to claim fourth place. Manchester United are 5/4 and they are also 11-8 to qualify for the Champions League.

The World Cup break will give some Liverpool players the opportunity to recover from injuries. Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota have been injured recently. They could be available for selection when Liverpool resume their Premier League campaign against Aston Villa on Boxing Day. Arthur Melo and Naby Keita could also be back in contention next month.
