LIVERPOOL have opened talks with PSG for star striker Kylian Mbappe according to reports.

The French icon has been told he can leave this summer as the club doesn't want to lose him on a free transfer in 2024 when his current deal expires.

Meanwhile, Bayern chiefs have cancelled their private jet to London just hours before take-off - rescheduling talks for next week.

  • Klopp's surprise at Henderson move

    Jurgen Klopp has revealed he was surprised Jordan Henderson chose to move to Saudi Arabia.

    The Liverpool manager said: "Was I surprised when Henderson said he wanted to move on? Of course. We had a relationship for eight years.

    "He knew the situation that we wanted to keep him but if he wanted to leave we weren't going to throw rocks and stones in the way.

    "It was about reacting to it."

    Lewis was released on a 300 million dollar bond secured by his yacht and private aircraft.

    And the Express claims that Jay-Z, married to pop sensation Beyonce, is now lining up an incredible offer for Tottenham.

    The 53-year-old rapper is said to have amassed a personal net worth of £1.95bn, with his wife worth an addition £420m.

    Tottenham's transfer stand-off with Blackburn over Ashley Phillips must be settled this week.

    Rovers have until the start of the season to find a buyer for the England youth centre-half, 18, and are holding out for a £9.45million deal — as we revealed last week.

    Spurs are waiting to see if Blackburn find another buyer but the cut-off is Fridaywhen a £2m escape clause in Phillips’ contract kicks in.

    If there is an offer during this ‘marketing period’ then Spurs need to match it to get the defender.

    If not they can get him for the lower sum.
