UCI Track World Championships 2022: Race schedule, contenders and how to watch

The Track World Championships is the largest annual cycling event. It was first held in Chicago, USA in 1893. The event takes place at the Vélodrome National de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, 12 miles south west of Paris. This will be the 15th time that France has hosted the Track Worlds.

The 2022 Tissot UCI Track World Championships will take place at the Vélodrome National de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, 12 miles south west of Paris. The event will last from 12 October to 16 October. It is the 15th time that France has hosted the Track Worlds.

Ethan Hayter is a member of Great Britain's men's endurance squad. Harrie Lavreysen is an Olympic gold medalist and world champion in sprinting. Emma Hinze won European titles in August. Clara Copponi won gold at European Championships this year. Neah Evans is also a part of the team pursuit. She will race alongside Laura Kenny and Katie Archibald. The UCI Track World Championships are taking place in Italy from September 14-16. The event is free to watch.
