War veteran Geoff Grimish always on the Counterattack to help out with charities in Vietnam
Geoff Grimish is a Vietnam War veteran and a successful racehorse owner. He has owned and bred several horses including Red Tracer and Shellscrape. Grimis makes regular trips to Vietnam to help out with charities. Counterattack is on the second line of betting at $5 for the Stradbroke Handicap on Saturday. The Chris Waller-trained colt is riding by the "Magic Man" Joao Moreira. It is having his second Winter in Queensland after campaigning here as a two-year-old. Grimishes reckons the colr is starting to bridge the gap between potential and performance.
