Washington Capitals vs. Toronto Maple Leafs: Date, Time, Betting Odds, Streaming, More

Tonight is the third and final meeting of the regular season between the Washington Capitals and Toronto Maple Leafs. The Capitals fell to the Maple Leafs 3-2 on Oct. 13 in the Ilya Samsonov revenge game which was also the second game of the season. The Caps got payback on Dec. 17, winning at home 5-2 behind Erik Gustafsson’s first career hat trick.

The Capitals are 77-60-10-7 all time against the Maple Leafs. With a 5 p.m. game the team held a practice yesterday. Tom Wilson (lower body) was not on the ice after injuring himself Tuesday against the Colorado Avalanche.

Capitals Coach Peter Laviolette said that Wilson will not play before the all star break where the Caps have two games left. That’s tonight against the Maple Leafs and Tuesday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The team will see where he is after that.
