The Oregon State Beavers and Boise State Broncos will play each other in the first college football game of the season on Saturday. Boise finished the last season 7-5 overall and 5-3 in Mountain West conference play. The Beaver's lost to Utah State in LA Bowl last year. They will try to improve on their 7.6 record in 2021. Hank Bachmeier is back at quarterback for Boise, but the team is lacking in other offensive options. On defense, Ezekiel Noa is at MLB and Scott Matlock is the pass rush. In the secondary, JL Skinner and Tyreque Jones make up the safety duo.
