Following a thrilling 2022/23 campaign, the only thing on Premier League fans’ mind is – when are the fixtures announced for next season?

According to the Premier League, the schedule will be released at 9am BST on Thursday, 15 June.

Dates for all 380 matches will be released ahead of the opening weekend on Saturday, 12 August – it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting a Friday night game at Kenilworth Road after all.

The final round is marked for Sunday, 19 May 2024 and all fixtures will simultaneously kick-off as usual, expected to be at 4.30pm.

The mid-season break will also return as there is no winter World Cup this year, scheduled for 13-20 January to address the congested festive schedule across Christmas and the New Year.

The 2023/24 season will consists of 34 weekends, three midweek rounds and one Bank Holiday match round. There is a 76 day gap from the end of the 2022/23 season to the new campaign in August.
