When Virender Sehwag 'bribed' Asad Rauf to not give him out

Asad Rauf retired from umpiring in 2013 due to suspicions of spot-fixing and sexual exploitation. He was suspended for five years in 2016 for his suspected involvement in a betting incident during the Indian Premier League in 2014. Virender Sehwag accused Ruf of not giving him out during a match in Mohali in 2008. Rafael denied both the allegations of match fixing and Sehwag's claims. He said he had never engaged in unethical behaviour. The former umpire was an ICC elite panel ummittee. His name was changed to Asad.
