Arsenal will move five points clear at the top of the Premier League if they win at Luton Town in the first meeting between the teams since December 1991 on Tuesday.

The promoted hosts secured their first win of the season at Kenilworth Road by beating Crystal Palace in the last round of top-flight fixtures, and they are protecting a nine-match unbeaten run against Arsenal at home that has lasted since January 1984.

Extending that record will require them to end Arsenal's five-match run of wins in all competitions, although only an 89th-minute goal from Kai Havertz saw them past Brentford in their most recent away game, having suffered their only league defeat of the season so far when they lost 1-0 at Newcastle United on November 4.

Luton could move five points clear of the relegation zone with victory but could slip in to the bottom three if they do not win and second-bottom Burnley beat Wolves at Molineux in the other Premier League fixture on Tuesday.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch it across the world, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.

Luton vs Arsenal prediction, odds

Luton are yet to lose at home by more than a goal this season and only failed to beat Liverpool because the Reds scored a 95th-minute equaliser at Kenilworth Road.

Their depleted ranks, however — particularly in defence — make Arsenal deservedly short odds, with a narrow win for the visitors the likeliest outcome.
