New Zealand and Argentina face off at the Stade de France tomorrow night in the first of the two huge Rugby World Cup semi-finals.

For the All Blacks, if they can justify their extremely short 1/12 odds and come away with the win, they will book their place in the final for a record-extending fifth time.

Argentina are making their third semi-final appearance in rugby's showpiece event and are not favoured to cause an upset.

The South American outfit have been unable to progress to the final on the two previous occasions they made it to the last four, falling to South Africa and Australia in the 2007 and 2015 World Cups, respectively.

It appears as though the bookies believe the Pumas will fall short of a final berth once again in 2023, with Michael Cheika's side significant outsiders in the betting market at 15/2.

New Zealand have thrashed Argentina by a combined margin of 89 points the last two times these nations have played each other.

For those predicting Beauden Barrett and Co to maintain that average winning margin, Sky Bet are offering odds of 22/1 for the All Blacks to be victorious by 41-45 points.
