White Sox' Miguel Cairo takes blame for gutting loss to Guardians

Cleveland Guardians beat the White Sox 10-7 on Tuesday night. The loss leaves the team six games back in the AL Central with 14 games to play. Left fielder AJ Pollock went 3-for-5 with a home run and 3 RBI. Dylan Cease allowed one run in six innings of work. He was the only pitcher to give up more than one hit. Cleveland's win clinched the head-to-head tiebreak between the teams. It's the first time in 2022 that the club has lost by that many runs. They lost the previous two games by a total of 10 runs or less.
