Serbia's midfield is good but their defensive frailties are their greatest weakness. Serbia received nine yellow cards in their three games at the last World Cup and committed 15 fouls per game. Four different players accumulated two or more bookings in the Nations League group campaign.
Mitrovic scored eight goals in Serbia's qualifying. He scored in a 3-2 win over Ireland, 2-1 win against Azerbaijan and the last-minute winner in the final qualifier in Portugal.

Serbia can beat Switzerland to second place and set up a last-16 tie with Portugal.
Switzerland qualified for the 2022 World Cup. They finished ahead of Italy and Denmark. Switzerland drew with Italy twice but won the other matches.
Switzerland's best players are their central midfielders. Yann Sommer, Ricardo Rodriguez, Fabian Schar, Granit Xhaka, Xherdan Shaqiri and maybe Haris Seferovic are all 30 or older. Serbia will go through despite a group-stage exit.
Cameroon were second favourites to win their first qualifying group. They took advantage of Cote d'Ivoire’s early draw in Mozambique and beat them in their final group game to jump ahead of them. Cameroon were again outsiders against Algeria, but they won in the away leg in extra-time.
Cameroon hosted the Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year. They reached the semi-finals and some of their players became leaders for their national team. Vincent Aboubakar won the Golden Boot at the Afcon. He is still playing for the national side despite playing club football in Saudi Arabia.
Cameroon's central defenders are the weakest part of the team. Samuel Eto’o expects Cameroon to reach the World Cup final. Cameroon didn't expect to make it to Qatar. They are going to play Brazil, Serbia, Switzerland and Serbia in Group G.
Zambo Anguissa is probably going to be named the star player for his form for Napoli. He has helped them to the top of Serie A and top their Champions League group ahead of Liverpool.
