XFL values offensive linemen with Alabama football roots
Ten of the 75 offensive linemen selected in the XFL Draft on Wednesday were alumni of Alabama high schools and colleges. The spring football league concluded the first day of its draft with 11 rounds of offensive-line picks.
Chris Owens went to the Seattle Sea Dragons at No. 3. Antonio Garcia went at number 4 to Vegas Vipers. Brandon Murphy went 5th to Orlando Guardians. Darius James went 11th, Mike Horton 18th. Cam Carter went 24th and Quinterrius Eatmon 52nd. The offensive linemen selected in the XFL Draft on Wednesday have Alabama football roots. They include: Joshua Frazier, Ja’Chai Baker, Cam Alexander, Quintrius Emon, and Mike Carter. The defensive linemen were drafted by Pittsburgh Steelers in 2018. It was the only season of the AFL.
