Chargers vs. Cardinals Prediction, Lines, Picks, and Odds

Los Angeles Chargers lost to Kansas City Chiefs last week. Arizona Cardinals will play Los Angeles in an AFC-NFC matchup in Glendale, Arizona.  The Chargers pulled ahead 27-23 with 1:46 left in regulation but Patrick Mahomes led the Chiefs on a 75-yard game-winning drive.

Arizona got blown off 38-10 in the MNF game in Mexico City. Colt McCoy was sacked three times and threw a pick. James Conner was stymied, rushing for 42 yards on 14 carries.

The Los Angeles Chargers are 5-5 and one game behind the New York Jets for the final AFC playoff spot. The Chargers have 16 passing touchdowns, but they are last in the NFL in rushing yards per game and yards/attempt. Arizona's team is 4-7 and in last place in NFC West. They have surrendered 296 points this season. DeAndre Hopkins has been playing well since his return from suspension. The Cardinals have allowed 21 passing scores this year. Their rushing defense is slightly better but still in bottom half of the league. It's the second most points surrendered in NFL.

The Chargers haven't been able to string together enough wins to climb up the ladder in the NFC West. This is a perfect chance for them to get a tick in their win column on Sunday.
