Jaguars vs. Bills NFL Player Props, Odds

There's another early morning wake-up call to begin Week 5 and our Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Buffalo Bills NFL player props are based on the best NFL odds to help you start your day with some green checkmarks.

The Jacksonville Jaguars will face their opponent in London for the second time in as many weeks. Last week, they dispatched the Atlanta Falcons. This week though, they are in for a much tougher test as the Buffalo Bills travel across the pond.

Buffalo is 3-1 and has laid waste to the last three teams it has faced since losing to the New York Jets in the opening week.

Here are our best Jaguars vs. Bills NFL player props for Week 5 (NFL odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Jaguars vs. Bills NFL player props: Week 5

James Cook Over 73.5 rushing+receiving yards (-115 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Bills have found success in their running attack this season and James Cook has led the charge. Buffalo ranks as the eighth-best team in rushing yards per game (138) in the league and Cook is in front of that pack with an average of 74 rushing yards per game over his first four contests. He’s surpassed this prop total in rushing yards alone in two games this season. All told, he eclipsed this mark in three of his four contests.

Jacksonville has surrendered the eighth fewest rushing yards per game this year. The Jags are allowing an average of just 94 yards per game on the ground. No running back was able to gain 74 combined yards against them in their first three games of the season until Falcons rookie Bijan Robinson ran for 105 yards last week in England. For good measure, he added another 32 receiving yards.

Total touchdowns Over 5.5 (-110 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since their upset loss to the Jets in Week 1, the Bills offense has exploded. Buffalo has scored 14 touchdowns on offense and one more on defense over their last three games. They enter this matchup averaging four touchdowns per game on the season. In two of their four games so far they have combined with their opponent to score at least six touchdowns.

Jacksonville has scored eight total touchdowns so far this season. While not as prolific as their opponents, their offense scored at least one touchdown in all but one game this year. The Jags are surrendering an average of 2.5 touchdowns per game. However, they have given up at least three touchdowns on two occasions in their first four games.

Josh Allen (JAX) Over 0.75 sacks (-115 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Despite his team averaging only 2.3 sacks per game this season, Allen (6) is tied with Khalil Mack and T.J. Watt for the highest sack total in the league. He logged three of them in the season opener against Anthony Richardson and the Indianapolis Colts, and he tacked on three more last week against Desmond Ridder and the Falcons.

Now, he gets to tee off against the Josh Allen on the other side of the ball. Allen the quarterback has been taken down behind the line of scrimmage at least twice in all but one game so far this season. The Jets sacked him five times to start the campaign.

The Allens have met once before in their careers. In that matchup, Allen managed to sack Allen.
