2022 YellaWood 500 Odds, Tips & Picks for NASCAR at Talladega

The opening NASCAR odds for Sunday's Talladega Superspeedway race are bunched tightly together. Tyler Reddick won the race at Texas last weekend. Denny Hamlin is one of the best speedway drivers of his generation. He hasn't won since the spring, but he's been running very well recently.

Michael McDowell is enjoying the best season of his career. He has 11 top-10s this season, including the playoff opener at Darlington. McDowall has finished 11th or better in each of the last two weeks.

Ty Dillon has an excellent average finish at Talladega. He finished third last year and in the top 15 on six other occasions.

Joey Logano and Denny Hamlin are the main contenders to win the YellaWood 500 at Talladega. William Byron is among the odds favorites on betting apps. Ty Dillon and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. have the best career average finishes at the track. Brad Keselowski has shown signs of life with competitive runs in three of his last four starts this season. Austin Dillon was runner-up behind Ross Chastain in April.
