2023 3M Open Betting Preview: Trust Sungjae To Conquer TPC Twin Cities
We head to the back 9 of the PGA TOUR season and get dialed into the 3M Open, contested from TPC Twin Cities in Minnesota.
Players must go low in order to keep up, as the par-71 course sets up for a birdie-fest. The primary hazards at the 7,430-yard property are the multiple bodies of water flanking 12 of the holes (staying dry is a must in Minnesota).
This field is not star-studded. Most golfers are pegging in Minnesota to jockey for position in their quests to qualify for the FedEx Cup Playoffs (reserved for the Top 70 golfers in standings).
The 3M Open is the penultimate event of the PGA TOUR regular season, presenting one of the final opportunities for many golfers in the field to elevate or keep their position in the standings.

J.T. Poston (Win +4500/Top 10 +450)
Played in the last two editions of the 3M Open, posting T28 and T11. Docked at #60 in the FedEx Cup standings, a good chance for JT to improve his position going into the playoffs.
Eric Cole (Win +4500/Top 10 +450)
A bet on form, this is Cole’s maiden voyage to Minnesota. The 43rd-ranked player on TOUR is the best putter in the field and has the ball-striking prowess to claw up this board.
Garrick Higgo (Top 10 +600/Top 20 +275)
A flyer here on the young South African. Higgo is parked at #78 in the standings and has flashed in his last 3 starts, recording finishes of T33, T21, and T19. The Southpaw is worth a top 10/20 gamble.
