Gridiron gauntlet

Players from each conference compete in a side-by-side relay race featuring four sets of obstacles each 40-yards long. These include breakaway walls, climbing over walls and under tables, a tire run, and finally a blocking sled with a mounted coach to push across the finish line. The first team to finish the race earns their conference 3 points.

Kick-Tac-Toe

Kickers from both conferences (including punters and long snappers) compete in a modified version of Tic-Tac-Toe. Each team tries to connect three squares in a row, or, hit five squares in total. The first team to do so will be declared the winner and collect 3 points for their conference.

Move the chains

(odds via DraftKings)

Two teams of five players compete by moving a wall loaded with weights as quickly as possible for 10-yards using first-down chains. Whichever team wins two out of three contests also wins 3 points for their conference.

Flag football games #1, #2, &, #3

(odds via DraftKings)

The Pro Bowl finale consists of three separate flag football games. Both conferences compete in a seven-on-seven competition in all three matchups. The first two contests award 3 points to the winning conference.

Each conference begins the third game with the collective points from their performance in the first two games added to the points they earned from the skills competition. Whoever ends the last contest with the most points is the 2023 NFL Pro Bowl's overall winner.

All three matchups feature the same betting lines for each conference with the AFC juiced slightly more as the favorite.
