3 Jets Prospects to Watch at 2023 World Juniors
The 2023 World Junior Championship is taking place on Dec. 26. Winnipeg Jets are sending three of their best prospects to the tournament. Rutger McGroarty, Chaz Lucius and Brad Lambert were drafted by the Jets in the 2021 and 2022 NHL Drafts.
Rutger McGroarty, Lambert and Joakim Kemell are Jets prospects to watch at the 2023 World Juniors. McGoarty is the most likely to have the best tournament. Lambert has been to the World Junior tournament twice before and his first time was successful. Kemel has had an up-and-down season with the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League. He has only three points in 14 games. He will play for Finland. They are looking to redeem themselves from their silver medal at 2022 World Jouniors tournament and win the gold medal. The tournament starts on Boxing Day.
Chaz Lucius, Chas McGroarty and Adam Engelland are playing for Team USA at the World Juniors. They are all prospects with good prospects. The World Junior tournament is about getting an extended look at Jets prospects and their teams. They have a lot of talent. Many of them are projected to have an important role in their team's success.
