Anamoe v Zaaki showdown in headlines super meeting at Randwick

Godolphin's Anamoe and Zaaki are going to meet in the George Main Stakes at Royal Randwick on Saturday. Nature Strip, Eduardo, Mazu, Masked Crusader, Lost And Running and Classique Legend are also going for the win in The Shorts.

Anamoe v Zaaki is the big race at Royal Randwick on Saturday. The 10-horse George Main field includes eight individual Group 1 winners. Trainer Chris Waller is aiming for his ninth GeorgeMain win in 11 years. Fangirl and Hinged are the other two horses in the race. Anamo won the Winx Stakes and Zaak won Group 2 Tramway Stake this season.

James McDonald is the champion jockey. McDonald and Anomi will race each other at Randwick. The barrier draw is eight. The winner will have to chase down Zaaki. Zaabi won at the same race earlier this month.
