Arizona Announces Increase in Sports Betting Handle in October

Arizona sports betting took in $618 million in wagers in October. The state made $48 million, but the win rate dropped by 3%. The first anniversary of legal sports gambling in Arizona was in September. Arizona has earned $27 million since legal betting went live in 2021. Arizona earned another $2.9 million from privilege fees.

DraftKings was Arizona's top sportsbook in October with $214 million in handle. FanDuel was second with a revenue of $19.9 million. BetMGM took in $93 million via mobile wagers and $2.3 million through retail. Mobile betting rules in Arizona account for 99% of the handle in the state. PGA Tour broke ground on a new sportsbooks at TPC Scottsdale.
