Around the ACC: We pick Week 13 football matchups

There's extra incentive to win in the ACC this week as all the teams are playing against their rivals.

NC State Wolfpack (7-4) are 6.5-point underdogs to the #17 North Carolina Tar Heels (9-2), who are looking for their first season with double-digit wins since 2015. UNC has already locked up the Coastal Division thanks to a phenomenal passing attack led by QB Drake Maye.

Florida Gators (6-5) and Florida State Seminoles (8-3) are playing each other on Saturday at 7:30. The Seminole's are 10-point favorites.

Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (5-6) play Georgia Bulldogs (11-0) at noon. Georgia is favored by 36. The Bulldogs demolished Tennessee earlier this season to reclaim the Number 1 spot.

South Carolina Gamecocks (7-4) play at #8 Clemson Tigers (10-1) (Saturday, noon) Clemson is on a 10-game home winning streak. DJ Uiagalelei has helped bring the team back to championship contenders.

Louisville Cardinals (7-4) and Kentucky Wildcats (6-5) are playing in the Governor's Cup. Louisville is a 2.5-point favorite.

Wake Forest Demon Deacons (7-4) are 3.5-point favorites against Duke Blue Devils ( 7- 4). Both teams have good offenses but poor defensive performances.

Syracuse Orange (6-5) are playing Boston College Eagles (3-8) at 7:30. The Orange are (-10.5), but I think they will win and cover.

Pittsburgh Panthers (7-4) and Miami Hurricanes (5-6) are playing each other in Week 13. Miami has won four straight games against Pitt. The Hurricanes are trying to get bowl eligible.
