Arsenal flying, Liverpool turmoil: Everything we ALL forgot about Premier League during World Cup

Alejandro Garnacho scored a stoppage-time winner to lift Manchester United into fifth place in the Premier League. Cristiano Ronaldo was unavailable for the game at Craven Cottage due to illness. Garnacho's goal was overshadowed by Ronaldo's interview with Piers Morgan.

Chelsea have lost their last three Premier League games. Graham Potter will have a break at Chelsea. Chelsea are in a crowded Champions League race. Armando Broja's knee injury has added to Chelsea's injury list.

Paraguay finished 8th in CONMEBOL's 10-country group. Miguel Almiron has scored seven goals in his last eight games. Almiron has already double his previous best goalscoring season in the Premier League.

Nathan Jones is the new manager of Southampton. The Welshman has a lot of work to do, but he knows he has many tools to improve his squad. Southampton played a match that wasn't managed by Ralph Hasenhuttl. Last time Saints lost to a Big Six team, they lost 3-1 to Spurs in December 2010 and dropped into the relegation zone. Almost four years later, Liverpool inflicted the same result on Southampton at Anfield.
