Mighty Heart won the $175,000 (Canadian) Grade II Autumn Stakes at Woodbine. Sir Winston finished second. Skygaze won Saturday's $150,00 Maple Leaf Stake. Lady Speightspeare won $ 175, 000 Grade 2 Bessarabian Staking. She was scratched at the gate before the Oct. 16 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup at Keeneland.  

Bell's the One won the Dream Supreme Stakes for fillies and mares at Churchill Downs. Sconsin was a late scratch. Bell's is expected to return for her 6-year-old season with the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint as the ultimate goal.

Mandate won the Artie Schiller Stakes by 1 3/4 lengths. Plum Ali won Sunday's Winter Memories Stake by 3 lengths over White Frost. The Claiming Crown returns to Gulfstream Park on Dec. 4.  

Flash of Mischief won the Delta Mile by 1 3/4 lengths over Mocito Rojo. Bold Thirst finished third. Flash ofMischief entered off a second-place finish in the Oklahoma Derby.

Miss Leslie came from next-last of nine to win Saturday's $100,000 Thirty Eight Go Go Stakes for fillies and mares. Lookin Dynamic and Villanell were second and third.

Star of Night won the My Sister Pearl Stakes for West Virginia-bred fillies and mares by 3 lengths. Boundtobebad was second, 3/4 lengths ahead of Door Buster.

Kela's Turn won the Treasure Chest for fillies and mares at Delta Downs. Becca's Rocket was second and Shes Our Fastest was third.

Akai Ito won the Grade 1 Queen Elizabeth II Cup for fillies and mares at Hanshin. It was her first start in a Grade One event and she had only four wins from 19 previous trips. Pyledriver won the Betway Churchill Stakes at Lingfield Park. Felix finished third in the 10-furlongs event. Good Effort won his second consecutive race. He is a natural sprinter. They are a preparation for the Longines Hong Kong Vase next month. There are also the Saudi Cup and the Dubai Sheema Classic.

Lucky Express won the Panasonic Handicap Sunday at Sha Tin Racecourse. It was his first start of the season and just his second win in Hong Kong. Trainer John Size is not ready to commit Lucky Express to the Group 1 Hongkong Mile.
