Best early NFL Week 4 picks: Count on the Vikings to topple New Orleans

It's never too early to look for value. We're starting off Monday by targeting our favourite bets on the Week 4 slate.

The Minnesota Vikings could go 3-1 after a game against the New Orleans Saints. The Detroit Lions' offence should be too much for the Seattle Seahawks and the Cleveland Browns might just be underrated.

Minnesota Vikings are the best bet to beat New Orleans Saints. The Vikings won the first game of the season. New Saints lost their offensive mind Sean Payton and their quarterback Jamies Winston has four fractured bones in his back. Saints have scored 24 points in two games since Winston was diagnosed with the back injury. Alexander Mattison has averaged 79.5 rushing yards in games he's started since Cook is out since 2020.

Lions are a 6.5-point favorite against Seattle Seahawks. The Lions have scored more points than any other team this season (95). Seattle's secondary is very inexperienced.

Browns are 3-0 and the team is favored by 2.5 points. They have the league's best rushing offense (190.7 yards/game) and Nick Chubb is the NFL's leading rusher (341 yards). The Falcons haven't been good at limiting the running game (4.8 yards per carry).
