Blue Jays vs Orioles Odds, Lines & Predictions (Oct. 5)

The Blue Jays will give the ball to Mitch White against Baltimore. The postseason starts in two days. White has been terrible since being acquired from the LA Dodgers. He's surrendered 27 runs in his last 25.2 innings of work.

Mike Baumann will start for the Orioles against the Blue Jays. He's had a good record at Camden Yards this season, with a 3.93 ERA at home and 5.06 ERA as a visitor.

Toronto won the top AL Wild Card spot. Bo Bichette, Matt Chapman, Vladimir Guerrero, George Springer, Teoscar Hernandez and Alejandro Kirk were scheduled to get the day off on Tuesday. Baltimore has clinched their best record since 2016 and there's no indication they'll sit their regulars for the first game.

Toronto has bigger fish to fry than Baltimore. The Blue Jays are expected to rest the majority of their starting lineup.
