Breeders' Cup Betting Menu Offers a Healthy Smorgasbord of Wagers

The 2021 wagering menu for the Breeders’ Cup at Del Mar was unveiled on Wednesday. The official race order for Friday”s first day features 10 races, five of which are Breeder's Cup events. Saturday“s card offers 12 races with the final nine being BreedERS‘Cup races. All five Breederys Cup races for 2-year-olds are for Juvenile Turf Sprint at 2:50 p.m. and Juveniles Fillies Turfing at 4:10 p., 4.50 and 5:30 p,m., respectively.

The Filly and Mare Sprint starts at 12:05 p.m. PT. The Turf Sprint follows at 1:40 p., followed by the Filler & Mare Turfi at 2:59 p, followed with the Sprint at 3:38 p and the Mile at 4:20 p..m., and then the Distaff at 5:30 p.:m and Classic at 6:50 p:m.:p. NBCSN will televise the entire Breeders’ Cup meet except for the Classic, which airs at 7 p pm:p on NBC.

The Betting Menu at Keeneland offers a variety of betting options. The Pick 5 begins with the 10:15 a.m. opening race and the late Pick 4 generated a $4.3 million pool last year. Friday's Pick 6 includes all five Breeders’ Cup races.

The Breeders' Cup offers a Super High 5 bet on every race, including the undercards. Daily Doubles are wagers that pair a Friday juvenile race with its Saturday older contemporary. There is a 50-cent minimum on Trifectas, Pick 3s, and Pick 4s.
